The inaugural Heartlands Festival is organised by the Heartland Enterprise Centre Singapore (HECS), jointly supported by the Federation of Merchants’ Associations Singapore (FMAS), Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG), and Housing & Development Board (HDB).

Find out how our heartland merchants have benefitted from Carousell x Heartland Festival in 2021 through CarouBiz Booster Package, our SME grant package supported by Enterprise Singapore.
We wanted to have the enhanced facilities and visibility associated with the CarouBiz Booster Package and the verified status that would provide further consumer confidence. Through Spotlight and Bumps, we were able to increase requests and chats by 30% and sales by 20%.
I am humbled to say that with the seller tools, we made about a 60% increase in sales. And immediately, it got so busy that I had to open a physical shop.
I was informed about the CarouBiz Booster Package and signed up for it immediately as I was confident that it will definitely boost up my sales. True enough, I maximised my coins from the package purchasing “Spotlight”, which I have been using often. The number of sales and enquiries increased at least 2x in Feb alone.
What is CarouBiz Booster Package?
CarouBiz Booster Package is an e-commerce booster package aimed to help SMEs grow more resilient by expanding their businesses online.
Eligible e-commerce merchants will receive a one-time 80% support from Enterprise Singapore.
